We had to take our RV in for some work on the hot water tank. During the visit, we worked with Sandra, as I requested for her to look at our roof. During the inspection we found that our roof needed resealing and new cocking. I came home with the supplies to do the work myself. I decided to take it back and and have in done in the shop. I contacted Sandra, made an appointment. When I went to pick up my RV, I thought the work performed was very professional. I have recommended Centinneal to my friends with RV's. Sandra is very knowledgeable, I wish more dealers had people like her! Great job Centinneal - Bill

We had a floor replaced on our Holiday Rambler 5th Wheel and it is wonderful. Everything was done on time and looks great. We are very pleased, the service personnel was extremely helpful and honest. Thank you for the repairs. - Tim
I brought in a horse trailer w/living quarters. Had a broken valve for the grey water. After it was fixed Sandra showed me how to keep my refrig and hot water heater clean from dust and debri at no charge. Also found a broken hinge on the heater door that she and Tim fixed. Again, at NO CHARGE! Thanks! The service dept is awesome!! I'll be coming back here for all my needs. Customer service is super!! Wasn't ever treated this great at Humphreys down the road. Purchased a new camper this weekend from Centennial RV. Salesmen were extremely helpful and no pressure sales tactics! Everyone there was eager to answer any questions and help us enjoy getting into our new camper. Their whole team went above and beyond to make us happy campers!!!

What an extremely great experience last Saturday bringing our Toy Hauler in for repair. We had an appointment set up on Tuesday the following week, the service department including Cindy as well as the owner talked with the Technician and he worked us in Saturday afternoon and we didnt even take our unit in until around 2:00! Cindy was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and the Technician explained the repairs to me fully with language I could understand. Although our unit was purchased at another local dealer and was not a brand they carried, Centennial took care of us promptly and with professional service. We will definitely have any repairs done there again and if in the market for a new until will purchase it through Centennial!Thank you all! - Gordon

Kevin said they were very busy! BUT, come on down and he would take care of me. Took me in and replaced a broken pump, installed a new tongue jack, winterized my camper and noticed I had tried to winterize it and used my antifreeze instead of charging for theirs. Prices were reasonable! Service was great! - Robert
Tucker helped us with our purchase, during an extremely trying time. He was kind, and answered all my questions any time of day. My father helped me finance, and isnt the most computer savvy guy, and Tucker helped him go through the motions with complete ease. Once the RV was purchased, Tim helped us with our walk through. He too was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and funny to boot! Tucker personally delivered our RV and helped yo set it up. Our Truck had broken down, while doing the walk through, and Centennial allowed us to keep it there until we could figure out where we were going with it. When my husband returned, the owner Brad actually helped us with figuring out what was wrong with our vehicle, and was immensely kind! If you arent looking to buy a RV through Centennial RV, you absolutely should, because you hear guys rock in every way possible!!!! I cant say enough good things about them. They go above and beyond any customer service Ive seen. Thanks Centennial! You guys almost feel like family! :) - Melissa

we were on the road when our refrigerator stopped working. did a web search and found centennial rv and kevin, the service manager. without an appointment, kevin stopped what he was doing, did some miracle work, and, presto! we were back on the road! real nice people at centennial. - Anonymous
